
Customer Journey Mapping

Here is a comprehensive overview of a customer journey map developed for the project codenamed "EVO." The goal of this project was to combine the features of two similar existing products into a single new solution that would replace both. The map illustrates the customer's experience with the new software offering we aimed to deliver.

To develop this journey map, we utilized our own tool, AutoCAD. Given the size, complexity, and diverse audience, we included a legend to guide consumers on how to interpret the map, understand the meanings of the various colors boxes, and other elements. This approach ensured a shared and consistent understanding.
