Brainstorming & Affinity Mapping
When I joined Quicken Loans, the agile process was still in its early stages. During one of my initial projects, I organized a story writing session with the development team, UX and Design members, product managers, and other stakeholders. After introducing the process, we moved into a brainstorming session. Although some team members were initially skeptical, by the end, everyone recognized its value, leading to the continuation of this practice in future projects.

Here are images showcasing additional sessions I conducted, which involved brainstorming followed by affinity mapping of the outcomes. Some images feature sessions with customers, while others are similar to the ones above, involving various internal stakeholders.
